Emily Christopherson - Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why my friends and I are climbing the Welsh 3 Peaks in July to fundraise for Cancer Research UK. I lost my Grandfather to lung cancer when I was young, more recently close friends of my family have lost their battle with cancer. Yet I have hope that fundraising will help us to all understand cancer and find treatments to help those suffering. The main reason I am doing this challenge is because my friends Mum has recently been diagnosed with cancer for the second time. Since being diagnosed the first time, her and her family have done lots of fundraising for Cancer Research and it is important to me that we continue to raise money to show our support to her and other people close to us who we have lost to cancer and to those who have recovered.
