As you all already know my beautiful mum was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this year. This is for her! But also for my Dad he is really showing me that exercise can have such a positive impact. Very proud of him! So this is for them.

I will spend 45 minutes per day making a fool of myself and making exercise fun.

Cause

Pancreatic cancer

Survival rates for pancreatic cancer remain stubbornly low in the UK, often because the disease is diagnosed late and is difficult to treat. Help Cancer Research UK make progress in one of the biggest research challenges its scientists are facing – to find better ways to detect and treat the disease.
