My Story
I’ve been lucky enough to benefit from some amazing football coaching this year and wanted to put my skills to the test. I have signed up to the Bobby Moore keepy uppy challenge and will be doing 100 keepy uppies every day throughout the entire World Cup tournament. Anything you can do to support and encourage me would be greatly appreciated. All Money raised will go towards the Bobby Moore fund to help tackle bowel cancer.
CAUSE
Bobby Moore Fund
Bobby Moore was just 51 years old when he died. Shortly after his death in 1993, Bobby’s widow Stephanie Moore OBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund to raise money for pioneering bowel cancer research. Since the fund was set up , bowel cancer mortality rates have fallen by over 30%. However, with 48 people losing their life to the disease every day in the UK, we still have a long way to go.
