Elliot’s race for life at home 2021
Race for Life at Home
Cancer affects each and everyone of us in a different way everyday. Millions of people battle cancer each day some people win and sadly some don’t :(. I am doing this in a hope that one day we will have a world where we have beat cancer entirely. I have been affected personally by cancer in many ways: my grandad Roy who I sadly never got to meet as he passed when my mum was just a teenager, my nan’s battle with cancer through the pandemic and last but certainly not least a beautiful member of my extended family that we sadly lost earlier this week. So I race for life in the name of my Nan May who won her battle, my grandad Roy, and Marlene who both lost their battles and for the rest of humanity. Together we CAN beat this. x
