My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. My children (aged 13, 10 and 8 years old) and I have decided to step up to the challenge of walking 10,000 steps every day throughout the month (from July 25th to August 25th) to help beat cancer sooner. Cancer has affected the lives of lots of people we know over the last 2 years, including a member of our close family, and the treatment they have received has been incredible. This couldn’t have happened without Cancer Research.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
