My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This year my bubbly, young at heart, outgoing and loving Nan got diagnosed with lung cancer- as a family we were all devastated to hear the news and after weeks of worry waiting to hear back from tests results, we were thankful to hear that it was caught early and that the tumour could be removed by surgery- Thankfully she is now in full recovery! This June I will be walking 100 miles in the month to raise money and help beat cancer. I will be doing this for my Nan, the many loved ones we have lost to this horrible disease and for everyone who is fighting a battle against cancer! 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime.
