My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate will make a huge difference! As soon as I found out that one of my closest friends had been diagnosed with such a rare form of cancer I didn't know how to react. Lauren Douglas is one of the strongest people I know and she has been so brave going through what she's been through, all the treatment all the operations and she still has a big smile on her face! No matter how tired she is or worn down she's always laughing and always makes my day! I couldn't be more proud to say she's one of my closest friends!
