My Story
I've joined Race for Life this year in support of a colleague whose husband is currently going through cancer treatment, but also in support of my Mum who has battled and survived cancer twice, and for whom it remains a threat at the back of her mind as she continues her daily life. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 3k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
