Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Over the last few years my family have faced this awful disease, every year there is more and more research taking place which is helping many people this is all down the cancer research. Through the years their has been plenty of trials and a lot has been recognised as being successful, the more money we raise the more research will be done, meaning more lives will be saved.
