Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. On Sunday 8th July, I will be taking part in the 10k race for life. I’m raising money for all of those who have been affected by cancer, but also I’m running for my Gran who was diagnosed with Stage 3 bowel cancer in April 2016. Luckily with all the amazing research and the treatment she was given, it allowed her to carry on being strong and to defeat cancer and so she received the all clear in the middle of December 2016. Having seen my gran go through that and come out the other end even stronger than before was amazing. Therefore, I would like to do my part in raising money for Cancer Research to help all the other people going through it to beat it like Gran did. If anyone would like to donate any money it would be really appreciated as it’s for a good cause, thanks 😌
