My Story
Following the recent loss of a girl in my sixth form due to cancer, I have decided to partake in this years Race For Life. I didn’t really know Caprice that well, but over the last few days all I’ve heard is how positive she always was, how kind she was, how caring, how considerate, how supportive she was, along with many more lovely things about her. Cancer affects people all around the world and takes away the lives of so many. Many of these lives are young and these individuals were supposed to have much more life left to live, but their time was cut short by cancer. I’m taking part in Race For Life to raise awareness and money for those who have or are suffering from cancer, and for those who have won and for those who lost their battle. I strongly believe that there will one day be a cure for all cancers, and by doing this, I hope to contribute to finding that cure so that everyone, young or old, will be able to have a long, happy and healthy life, allowing them to live at their absolute fullest and achieve all of their hopes and dreams. I am aiming to raise at least £150 for cancer research and any donations, big or small, would mean the world and be appreciated massively. Thank you all so much
