My Story

Everyone these days has cancer creep up on them or their loved ones and it is not only physically but emotionally destroying. A family friend when I was young passed away of breast cancer. My gran was diagnosed with breast cancer not so long ago but has done so well considering she's so far away from the rest of her family. My uncle fought leukemia and managed to beat it and finish his a-levels. I've been incredibly lucky. I was either too young to understand or my inspiring relatives kicked cancers ass. But I know of the heartbreak that can be so overwhelming when a loved one passes away to this horror of a disease. I want to raise money for those people. Raise money to stop cancer taking lives. For people to be as lucky as me to have relatives that fought it and won. They are evidence enough of the research already saving the people we care about the most.
