My Story
11 years ago, my Dad died of pancreatic cancer. He died less than 2 weeks after being told he had cancer, and less than 3 months after this photo was taken. I found out the hard way just how hard it is to diagnose pancreatic cancer early enough to make a difference. The survival rates for this kind of cancer are still shockingly low. I'm doing this because I would like to help find a way for other families to get diagnoses, and cures, for their loved ones, when it is early enough to make a difference. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This February I’m ditching the sweet stuff and giving up added sugar for a whole month to raise money for Cancer Research UK and helping to beat cancer sooner. Please help me conquer my cravings by sponsoring me - I need all the help I can get!
