My Story
Several of my friends have been diagnosed with cancer over the past year. Their positive outlook has been inspirational even though they have endured weeks/months of treatment. One friend has just recently been diagnosed and is currently waiting on surgery followed by a course of radiotherapy. Cancer is happening right now and it's scary to think that 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. I am taking part in the Stirling Race for Life 5k and will be running for them, to raise a some money and to help fund more research.
