I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner.

This year I will be running - yes running - in a 5k Race for Life to help raise funds for cancer research. Cancer hits most of us at some point in our lives, either personally or through someone you love... so please help me to raise funds to help stop cancer in its tracks.

To do this I have lost 3 and a half stone, and put this stalwart couch potato through exercise hell to even get myself to the start line. I'm not fast, but I WILL complete this 5k run to help raise funds for a very worthwhile cause.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

Thank you so much
