My Story
Inspired by the fundraing work of Michelle and Stuart Collier, The Watkinson's wanted to do our bit in 2022 by raising some money for a charity that has special meaning to us all. George wanted us to do the 2 mile a day challenge so we are! We will be running 56 miles in February to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Each run, Ed and Gill with both be doing the full 56 miles each and when possible will be joined by at least one of our boys; Harry, George or Louis. Between the boys they will be aiming to also do 56 miles in total. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. All of us can support the research that will beat it. Help fund life-saving research by making a donation to my page.

CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
