Join us for DXC's next Work It Wednesday at 8am on Wednesday 3rd February, which will be dedicated to World Cancer Day which is on, Thursday 4th February. Sharon McCue and David Coates will certainly make you break a sweat to raise money for life-saving research at Cancer Research UK. On 4th February we celebrate World Cancer Day 2021 – an annual international awareness day that unites people, communities and entire countries to raise awareness and take action. Cancer’s a global challenge. In 2018, 18 million people world-wide were diagnosed with cancer. Today, thanks to research, 2 in 4 people in the UK survive their cancer for 10 years or more. International collaboration and funding are essential to Cancer Research UK in transforming the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer, benefitting people with the disease both here in the UK and around the world. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we are fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose!
