My Story
With so many great events and opportunities having been cancelled over the last few years we don’t want you to miss out any more. Hence, we are offering all Durrington students (and staff) the opportunity to be part of something brilliant this summer, our record beating DHS ‘Race for Life’ team 2022. The last time we were able to take part in the Worthing Race for life event (pre-Covid) our school team was an incredible 320 in size. We think this may be the largest single team to ever enter a single rave event in the history of the Race for Life! More importantly though in 2019 we raised just over £5000 bringing. This brings our overall fundraising total (in the 5 years we have taken part) to just under £20,000. Thank you for sponsoring us!

All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.

With Cancer Research UK Giving Pages more of the money raised goes towards beating cancer. Aside from the credit and debit card fees, every penny donated goes to Cancer Research UK.
