My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’ve taken on Dryathlon® to raise money for Cancer Research UK. I’m doing this in memory of my Mum who died from oesophageal cancer on 14 January 1986 and for all my family and friends who have been affected by cancer. You may be a committed fundraiser yourself or, given the number of fundraising events there are nowadays, inundated with requests to donate to one important cause or another and so please do not feel in any way obliged to sponsor me! But if you have a pound or few to spare please donate. It’s simple, fast and totally secure and your details are safe with Cancer Research UK. Thank you to everyone who has donated. Our money will help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

CAUSE

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Help Cancer Research UK improve results even faster.
