1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. This has gone up since I was a kid! It used to be 1 in 3. Everyone knows someone who has, or has had, cancer. I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money towards research so hopefully more cures can be found, and more people can have a longer life with those they love.
