My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. This year my friends Tazeim,Leah and Samina, Ros and Darragh, are taking part with me in the Race for Life on Sunday 9th July at 2.30pm. My dearest friend Denise Quigley was diagnosed with cancer several months ago, and is on the road to recovery, Your an inspiration to us all, she has remained positive over the months, I know it was particular hard for her durning the month of May, but as friends we are looking at the years we have ahead.I look forward to you taking part next year, running side by side as you have done over the years. I'm now in my 11th year in remission from colon cancer, my mum,dad and uncle lost their lives to cancer and I am thankful that I have been given a second chance.
