Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. As you are probably aware, my Mum was having chemotherapy for Non Hodgkins Lymphoma 3 years ago, followed by 2 years worth of maintenance treatment. She is currently in remission which is great but unfortunately this horrible disease will rear its ugly head again sooner or later. We desperately need a cure. That is one of my reasons for doing Race For Life again this year. Please donate as much as you are able for this great cause. Thank you in advance.
