Up to now I have only managed to 'stagger' around a 5k circuit near my home with a PB of about 43 minutes. (Yep, that's right, I'm sure I just to WALK faster than that!) All the same, it did not seem right to ask people money for something I am doing already, SO 10K IT IS! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
