Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. This year our lovely friend and colleague Angela was diagnosed with cervical cancer during a routine smear test. This was a shock to her and everyone around her as she is statistically very young for this type of cancer. Unfortunately Angela will be undergoing more treatment over the coming months and we wish her a speedy recovery. A group of us girls have got together to take part in pretty muddy to help raise awareness of any type of cancer and to give Angela a good laugh at us attempting the course.
