Dimitra's Race for Life

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I am raising money for Cancer Research UK by taking part in a Race for Life 5k with my boyfriend Simon Rose on Sunday 16th June in Yeovil. This event is quite tame to the skydives I have done in the past to raise money for charity but that doesn't matter - if I can make just the slightest difference, I'm more than willing to try. Anyone who knows me, knows I am crap at running (mainly due to my asthma) and I hate it with a passion. So for me to do it with my boyfriend who has done a Duathlon and who enjoys running, I must be mad and I am going to struggle to keep up with him. By the time we've finished, I'll probably want to end up killing him but to get to do this with him and also for a charity that is very close to both of us, it'll all be worth it.
