My Story

Izzy, and her friends, Emma Bhugun, Thea Ballinger-Finch and Amy Tran, are swimming to raise vital funds for research into cancer. Izzy's grandma, Dianne Lamb, having successfully fought breast cancer in 2016 was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer to her brain, resulting in 11 tumours. This news in May 2017 was unexpected and hit hard. Since this diagnosis Dianne has had radiotherapy and is having continuous chemotherapy. Her courage throughout this journey has been incredible. She's fighting hard and family and friends are joining the fight!.
