My Story
The National Breast Cancer Foundation says : “One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.” 7 years ago, I lost my sister (31yo) from metastatic breast cancer. She fought hard and thanks to the Institut Curie Hospital in France, her loved ones got 2 extra years with her, but she left us far too early. As I'm turning 31 soon, it's a very emotional year for me and decided to be part of a team taking on 72 holes of golf (4 rounds) in one day. The purpose is to raise money for Cancer Research UK to honor her memory. Hopefully, we can all work together and research will expand those 2 years I had with my sister into 5 and then in a lifetime for everybody affected by this disease. As we all know, cancer doesn't discriminate so any large or small size donations is welcome. Thank you for your support. Denis B.
