Four and a half years ago I lost my beloved dad to cancer, 6 months after diagnosis. 9 and a half years ago Graham lost his dad to the same type of cancer. Each of us have our lives punctuated by the loss of a loved one due to this indiscriminate and unforgiving disease. This September I’m joining members of my Cambridge Weight Plan family by jumping out of a very small aeroplane at 12,000 feet while strapped to some bloke who I’ll be trusting to get me down safely. Many of you will be aware that I have a small issue with this. I don’t do heights and I certainly don’t do flying in small planes. This one is for you Dad, be proud. XXXX
