Here we go again, After last years Longest day Challange I am going to do the full event this year. Doncaster-Lands End-John O'Groats-Doncaster . Over 2000miles in 3 days.

I am undertaking this years Longest Day Up motorbike challenge along with 32 other hardy soles with the aim to travel from Lands End to John O'Groats on the longest day of the year between sunrise and sunset by motorbike. Motorcycles must cost no more than £300 (not including the cost of insurance, MOT, tyres or brakes) and must have valid MOT certificate. This is all being done to raise money for Cancer research. Fund raising for Cancer research has taken a real hit over the last year due to Covid. This years event aims to raise £15000. To date the group has raised an astonishing £24k with more to come. My bike this year was rescued from a back garden in Haworth. It has had a complete strip and rebuild. It passed its MOT and is now being ridden through some shake down miles to iron out any niggles.
