My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. I was diagnosed with Triple negative Grade 3 secondary breast cancer beginning of last year and with the correct medication and treatment I survived but unfortunately my father was diagnosed 9 months later with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia and we lost the most loving amazing dad on 31st December 2019.
