Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that there is not that many people who don't know someone that has been affected personally by cancer, whether that be themselves, a friend or family member, for me it was my grandmother. As this organisation is quite close to my heart I have chose to start this fundraiser to further development this life-saving research, the money I help to raise will hopefully go towards helping to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. Without the development that has already been made I wouldn't have been got that extra time with my grandmother that I had. Thanks to organisations like Cancer Research, survival rates have doubled since the 1970's, giving back to the people that have given a lot to you is the best thing all of us could do. I’m going to be walking 100 miles in October to help raise money, any support or donations would be massively appreciated, let's give back to those who need it the most!
