My Story
I injured myself last year when I attempted to do the couch to 5K. Ive since been plagued with problems with my left foot and ankle and haven’t managed to get back into running again. I am however clocking up over 10,000 steps per day despite the niggling pains and wanted to do this to help raise monies for cancer again this year. I might not be able to jog the distance but I’ll power walk, jog, hobble my way to the finish line. All for a good cause and keeping me occupied and focused.
