We are team of experienced fundraisers – all volunteers - covering 4 counties now, albeit we started out in Sussex. We are passionate about raising funds for Cancer Research UK’s lifesaving scientific endeavours. There is so much that has been achieved in the last twenty years – and we’ve been raising funds for that long too, so very much feel part of the success story. In the last five years we’ve donated over £220,000 from Relay For Life events, black tie dinners, quiz nights, sponsored events, fashion shows and school fundraisers. We’d like to do more, so much more, and the global Covid19 pandemic has definitely set back our fundraising activities as well as the charity’s ability to sustain it’s investment programme. So we are going virtual! During 2021 we aim to bring many online (and if we can socially distanced) events to your attention and really hope you will sign up to as many as appeal. Knowing you’ll have a great time whilst also joining the fight to beat cancer – COVID may have slowed us down but we will never stop.
