I want to do my bit to help cancer research by raising funds to support the work. But also, I believe in the power of health and fitness in giving us each a better chance of beating Cancer ourselves. My passion is fitness and working with the lovely people I have the privilege to train, to help them get fitter and stronger. I would love to see as many of our participants join Team Inspire Me Fit and take part in Pretty Muddy 5k so we can get fit and fundraise together. My fundraising will be through the provision of training sessions for this event and a Summer Fitness Challenge!

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
