We're fundraising for Cancer Research UK to beat cancer sooner
After a lovely birthday lunch (and possibly a few too many glasses of wine!) we thought it would be fun to do a family 10K run. We decided rather late in the day to set up a fundraising page to raise money for Cancer Research. a charity close to our hears as we all have/have had loved ones affected by the Big C. Please donate to our page and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
CAUSE
Breast cancer
With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
