My Story
I saw a post on fb called the 1000 squat challenge, so me being me I decided heck it! Why not give it a go?! For a good cause! So my goal is to do 100 squats a day for 10 days, I have an app which counts them and I start Monday 19th January 2021 and will end Friday 29th January 2021!
