My Story
I was diagnosed with bowel cancer in July 2017 and my world came crashing down. Following my diagnosis I had surgery and chemotherapy and got the all clear in Feb 2018. I will have regular check ups but without the work of cancer research things could of been different. When I was diagnosed I made it my aim to participate in race for life with the support of my fabulous family and friends who have supported me throughout my journey. A small donation can go a long way so dig deep . My family and friends will also be using this page.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
