My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. The reason I have chosen to do this is for my mum who passed away from cancer in October 2018. She loved to walk every day and she would walk through rain, hail, snow or sunshine, so I am going to do this in March. To top it off on the last day of March, Team Macy! which includes me, Ian (my hubby) and Macy (my dog) we will be doing Waggy Races, The Portstewart Strand 5k. So please help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
