David's Race for Life

Firstly I want to thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. In 2019 my step-father was diagnosed with Lung cancer. Since then hed had radio therapy treatment with no visible results, so unfortunately due to his age and chronic health condition he won't be able to undergo further treatment. He's now been advice that his cancer treatment goal should now be to "Living longer, with cancer." A massive shock and upset formost, my step-father has managed to kept calm and continued to show unwavering determination to not let cancer bring him down. Our family has never been closer and will be supporting him through out. I am therefore asking you, yes YOU!, whether you know me or not, please help me achieve my goal of raising over £300 for Cancer Research.
