I'm running the London Marathon for Cancer Research UK to beat cancer sooner. Too many family and friends have passed away from cancer since I lost my mum.

My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m raising money for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I ran the 2017 London Marathon with my wife, my son and his fiancé. We raised just over £10k for CRUK. I wasn't happy with the time it took me to get round and have managed to receive a ballot place. I want to see how much more I can raise to help this wonderful cause in memory of my mum and many other people that have passed away and are currently suffering from this terrible disease. Any amount you can spare will be gratefully received no matter how small ( I don't mind large donations either!!) Hopefully I will complete the course a bit quicker than last time and cancer can be cured quicker in the future. Thanks for spending the time reading this message. Much love Dave x Just to let anyone who wants to track my progress my running number is 4464

CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
