My Story
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. This September I will complete no less than 300 miles on my bike and hopefully raise much needed money for Cancer Research UK in the process. I've also set myself the mini target of cycling at least 10 miles each day as I'd like to loose a few unwanted pounds! It goes without saying that we all know someone who's either succumb to cancer, is battling it today or has beaten it but will forever be extra-vigilant of it returning, so whatever I can raise with your donations will be fantastic. I'll share regular Strava updates of my daily rides, I'll also post my weight change, which will hopefully be down! Cheers David

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
