My Story
Too many people we love have affected by cancer. Some very important scientists are improving treatments all the time, and from what I can see, the only way they are going to afford new microscopes (and other important gear) is through our hard earned cash. Running the London Marathon will be one of the biggest challenges of my life but I can promise you that every penny you are kind enough to donate will keep me going in October. I won’t let you down. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
