My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. It's really me......Dave. Or Other Dave. Uncle D, or just pure D. (or "SS DD" as my oldest nephew seems to have taken to calling me) This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Okay yes, you did read that right....10,000 steps. Yes you may be thinking I've bitten off more than I can chew - like when I try and have two chunks from a giant Toblerone at once. Anyways....I figure why not have a go, it's only a bit of a walking, and if shuffling round the park a few times in March helps raise some money to sure cancer that can't be a bad thing can it. Anyway, I'm going to go and limber up and see what this walking lark is all about. In the meantime feel free to get your wallets and purses out (or your smartphone if you're one of them techy people who use apple pay) and make a donation.
