My Story
Thank you for visiting our page to donate in memory of our beloved husband and Dad, Dave Tait. He was an incredible man whose love of people and life made him friends wherever he went. There are no words to describe how deeply he will be missed, and he will be forever loved. After a recent stomach cancer diagnosis and a short hospital stay, he was taken from us too soon, on Monday 18th May, 2026. The cancer diagnosis turned our world upside down. Dave didn’t have the chance to get treatment but, if you can, please donate in his name so that other people can be spared the suffering and their loved ones don’t have to lose them to this cruel disease. Cancer Research UK supports research into all aspects of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.
