My Story
A challenge in aid of Cancer Research UK, for motorcyclists on cheap and inappropriate motorcycles to ride from Land’s End to John O'Groats in 24hrs on the longest day of the year. 1000 miles, no motorways, no cruise control and no new bike! All bikes must have been bought for no more than £600 and the first challenge is to get them up and running, MOT'd and ready for this painful seat riding journey! Everyone's lives have been touched by this, friends, family and work colleagues. My aim is raise as much as possible to help support fighting this most painful and life impacting disease even for those who have survived there is a psychological impact to them and the people around them. This year I will be attempting the long 1000 mile journey on a 1995 Triumph Trophy 900 (31 years old!!!) which needs a little work and an MOT to be ready for the Loooooooong journey! Remember it needs to get down to Lands end to the start and then get me back home once I finish and I am on the south coast so 2000+ miles in only a couple of days!!! Please help me in achieving this, I really want to smash my target and I thank you so much for your support
