My Story
Cancer affects lots of people... it knows no bounds nor space and it discriminates nobody, not race, religion, age or gender, tall or short, rich or poor. Many of us know somebody who has dealt with cancer, some still in treatment, some through the other side, and some who unfortunately have lost the battle. Research is vitally important, the improvements over the last 20 years has been huge, alot more success stories than ever before... to improve the success even more we need to raise as much money as possible. So May is the walking 100 miles challenge in aid of Cancer Research, so I thought why not 🤣 not quite sure how I will fit the 100 miles in but those who know me will be assured I will do it.. I have a few ideas and will be starting the challenge this week. I aim to raise £500 and will update on progress as I go. Thanks for reading and your support. Dan

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
