My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This January I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. Those of you that know me personally will know how much of a serious challenge this will be for me, as I am known to enjoy a few shandys every now and again. There will be those close to me that will encourage me to see this challenge through to the end, and there will be those (mentioning no names, Mr J.P.S) who will test my will power to the absolute limit. As with many other people out there, this dreaded illness has stolen several of my family members too soon, and it continues to affect millions of people around the world. I’ll be ditching the drink for one month to help bring forward the day when all cancer can be cured.
