I'm running 10,000 steps every day this March / April up until and including 6th April in aid of Cancer Research UK, so about 5 miles minimum if not more :) worth the cause 100% as this has affected so many of our families, friends and loved ones. Let's stand up to Cancer together! :)

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
