Daniel's fundraising for Iron Fran

My name is Daniel Potter, a 22 year old diagnosed with testicular cancer the day after I turned 19. I am now helping Franny Benali raise awareness and money for Cancer Research UK by sharing my story.
I am a 22 year old trainee wedding coordinator from Aldershot. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with testicular cancer the day after I turned 19, this then led to me having surgery and follow up surveillance. I am very lucky that I had the confidence to go to the doctors when I did, if I hadn't then I probably wouldn't be here today. Some people aren't as confident. Some people feel embarrassed. Some people don't even know the dangers. It is for these people I am telling my story, to raise awareness and to let people know that its okay to go to the doctors if something doesn't look or feel right. I am now sharing my story through Cancer Research UK to help Franny Benali's raise £1m through the Iron Fran challenge.
