My Story
I’m running in memory of my Auntie Jackie who sadly passed away at the end of last year. From being diagnosed with Lung Cancer in August she fought so hard but unfortunately lost her battle in December 2017. I will do everything I can to raise awareness and help find a cure. You don’t realise how vital the treatment, nurses and doctors are until someone you love has to go through this. Myself and my family will always be grateful for those who helped. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
